Terms of Service

1. The service

BuildPro Nigeria ("BuildPro", "we") provides construction-management software — planning, bills of quantities, finance, materials, workforce, reporting and AI assistance — at buildpro.com.ng. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Plans include a device limit; sessions on additional devices may sign out the oldest device.
• You must be at least 18 and use BuildPro for lawful business purposes.

3. Plans, billing & refunds

• The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans (Engineer, Team, Company) are billed in Naira, monthly or yearly, through Paystack.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans include the advertised discount.
• If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to Free after notice. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

4. Your data

Everything you create in BuildPro — projects, BOQs, reports, records, photos — is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process it to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

5. AI features — important

BuildPro's AI (project setup, BOQ generation, reports, the assistant, report intelligence) produces estimates and drafts. They can be wrong. Quantities, rates, programmes and method statements must be reviewed by a competent professional before being used for tendering, contracts, payments or construction. BuildPro is a tool — professional responsibility for engineering and commercial decisions stays with you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to breach security or access other users' data, no reselling the service, and no using it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practicable.

7. Availability & liability

We work to keep BuildPro available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" — we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before taking effect. You may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
